⚠️Please Note:

The Dashboard is meant for quick insight, not detailed reporting. Always refer to operational reports for formal analysis.

Once loaded, the Dashboard displays multiple sections:

  • Business Productivity – Total closed tickets and clients served for the day. Productivity = time booked Γ· time available. Time available is based on working hours minus time blocks. Double-booked appointments count only once per time slot.

  • Sales Overview – Breakdown of service, retail, and total sales.

  • Appointment Referral Values – Sales totals by referral type (set per ticket).

  • Sales Benchmark – Compares current sales to your daily goal.

    • Prebooked Clients % – % of clients who booked their next visit before leaving.

    • Average Service Sale – Avg. service subtotal per ticket with at least one service.

    • Average Retail per Ticket – Avg. product subtotal for all tickets.

    • Average Retail per Service Ticket – Avg. product subtotal for tickets with a service.

    • Average Retail per Retail Ticket – Avg. product subtotal for product-only tickets.

  • Live Counts – Real-time stats for appointments, new clients, and online requests.

  • Leaderboard – Highlights top-performing employees by category.

  • Client Retention – % of clients who visited at least twice in 90 days.

    • If a client's first visit falls within the selected date range, they count toward new client retention.

    • If the range is too short to assess retention, the system automatically pulls from the past 90 days for accuracy.
