Login to your Daysmart Software.
Select the Appointment Book Icon.
When on the appointment book, look in the top right-hand corner of the screen for Appointment list.
Once on the Appointment List screen, you can select the date range you wish to search by selecting the Calendar Icon next to the date showing.
After you select the range date, click where it says All Appointments, below Settings, and select Time Block. This will pull up all the time blocks in that range of dates.
If you wish to only see a certain employees time blocks, click where it says All Employees and you can edit which employees will show.
After you select the Date Range, Employee, and Time Block, you can delete the entries shown. If you wish to select time blocks one at a time, you can check the box on the left side of you screen that corresponds with the entry you wish to delete. If you wish to select them all, you can check the box that shows to the left of the ID field. This box will be above the entries shown.
After you make your selections, you can click Delete Selected Time Blocks in the top right-hand corner of the screen. The number of time blocks selected will show next to the Delete Selected Time Blocks button. If you wish to clear your selections, you can either click the checkbox on the left of that entry again to unmark it or in the top left hand corner of your screen you can select Clear Selection.
