These instructions will help you clock in/out and manage time clock entries within the software. The time clock entries that are entered within the software can be used for payroll purposes so making sure that the employee's entries are correct is very important.
Time Clock Overview using the Cloud Website
Clock In
Select the arrow pointing down in the top right corner next to the signed in employee's name.
Select Clock In.
Press OK.
Clock Out
Select the arrow pointing down in the top right corner next to the signed in employee's name.
Select Clock Out.
Enter a comment if desired and press OK.
Adding Time Clock Entries
Select More at the top of the screen.
Select Time Clock.
Select the addition in the bottom right corner.
Adjust the Employee, Date, Clock In Time and Clock Out Time as needed.
Press Save when finished.
Adjusting Time Clock Entries
Select More at the top of the screen.
Select Time Clock.
Adjust the Date Range as needed.
Double click on the entry you wish to adjust.
Make changes to the entry as needed and press Save when you are done.
Clock In/Out from the Mobile App
Unlike with the cloud website, you can not adjust entries or add new entries. You can however still clock in and clock out from the apps.
