📝 Overview

Loyalty Points lets you reward clients for purchases of services, products, or both! You can create tiered rewards programs based on point thresholds, offering discounts, free services, or free products. Points are automatically tracked in the client’s account as they purchase or redeem.


🛠️Setting Up Loyalty Points

These instructions explain how to enable and set up loyalty point rewards in the software. You’ll learn how to configure points for services and products, create reward tiers such as discounts or free items, and assign how many points are required for clients to redeem each reward.

⚠️ Please Note:

  • Loyalty Points do not take effect retroactively. Points will only accumulate going forward from the date they are set up.

  1. Select More, then click Settings.

  2. Under Management, select Loyalty Points Setup.

  3. Determine how you'd like clients to earn points.

    1. Specify the number of points a client should earn based on the amount spent for services, products, or both.

  4. Set which rewards you'd like clients to spent their points on.

    1. Select either dollar discount, free product, or free service.

  5. If you selected dollar discount, enter the discount amount (deducted from their ticket) and points needed to claim that reward. This can be done as a flat amount or tiered with multiple options.

  6. If you selected free product or service, add the services or products you'd like to be allowed to be redeemed with points.

    1. Enter the number of Points Needed to receive the discount, free product or free service.

  7. Press Save.

  1. From the Appointment Book, tap More (⋯) on the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Tap Settings.

  3. Tap Loyalty Points Setup.

  4. Toggle on Reward for Service Purchases or Reward for Product Purchases (or both).

    • Enter the number of Points Rewarded.

    • Enter the amount Per Dollars Spent required to earn those points.

  5. Tap Edit Reward Options to set up specific rewards.

  6. Tap the + icon to add a reward option.


  7. Choose a Type of Reward (Dollar Discount, Free Product, or Free Service).

    • Enter the Reward Cost in points needed to redeem.

  8. Tap Save to confirm your new reward.


🏷️ Redeem Rewards

These instructions explain how to redeem loyalty rewards for a client. You’ll learn how to open a ticket, apply a client’s available reward, and schedule or check out with the redeemed reward.

  1. Open a new ticket and select the Client.

  2. If the client has enough points, a Redeem Loyalty Reward option will appear under the search bar or can be selected in the upper right of the client information section.

  3. Pick the reward to apply.

  4. Tap Schedule Appointment or Checkout.

    • Redeemed services show a $0 charge if fully covered by the reward.

For an existing appointment

  1. From the Appointment Book, select the client’s appointment or tap the + icon to create a new ticket.

  2. On the appointment pop-up, tap Checkout.

    1. If the client has available points, a Loyalty Points Available prompt will appear.

  3. Tap Redeem to apply the points.

  4. The client’s loyalty balance will update automatically.

    • A confirmation message will show the new points balance after redemption.

On a new ticket

  1. From the Appointment Book, tap the + icon to create a new appointment.

  2. Select the Client for the appointment.

  3. Under Services and Products, tap Show More.

  4. From the More Options menu, tap Redeem Loyalty Points.

  5. Choose the reward the client would like to redeem (e.g., discount, free service, or free product).

  6. The selected reward will appear on the appointment under Services and Products as a Loyalty Point Redemption. Tap Book Appointment to confirm.

  7. At checkout, loyalty point usage is confirmed and the client’s balance is automatically updated.
