Receipts within the cloud software can be printed using the cloud website or the mobile app. Though you can use a full sized printer, it is recommended that you use an Epson receipt printer. Installation instructions for an Epson receipt printer can be located here.
For mobile app users, you must use a printer that is compatible with iOS (AirPrint) or Android. iOS and Android both require the printer and your device to be connected to the same local network in order for it to print.
When closing a ticket, you will see the customer's default email address listed and will be given the option to Print, Email, or Skip the receipt. You are able to edit the email address if you want to send it to one that's not the default.
A window will then open when you can select your the printer and press Print.
If you need to print a receipt for an already closed ticket:
Website: Go to the ticket, select Update, click Actions in the top right and you will then be given the option to Print Receipt or Email Receipt.
Mobile app: Tap on the ticket, select E-mail or print receipt, and you will then be given the option to Email Receipt, Print Receipt, or Skip Receipt.

If you are using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge as your web browser, you will need to make some changes to the print settings of your web browser to allow a receipt style printer to properly print a receipt.
Settings for Internet Explorer
To gain access to the proper format settings with an Epson receipt printer and Internet Explorer, you will to do an initial print from Internet Explorer with your receipt printer. In this case it might be best to create a test ticket within the software and print the receipt as described above.
Once you have printed from Internet Explorer to your receipt printer, go to the Gear icon in the top right of the window.
From drop down menu, select Print -> Page Setup.
On the Page Setup screen, select Roll Paper 80 x 297 mm from Page Size drop down menu.
In the Margins section change all fields to 0.2.
In the Headers and Footers section, change all drop down menus to -Empty-.
Your settings should now match the picture below. Press OK to save the settings changes.
Try printing a receipt from a client's ticket. The receipt will now be properly formatted.
Settings for Microsoft Edge
If you are using Microsoft Edge to print receipts from, it is recommend that you set your receipt printer to be your default printer. If you do not wish to set you receipt printer as the default printer, you will need to make the follow settings changes each time that you print a receipt.
Once you have selected the option to print a receipt from a ticket, a settings window will appear.
