The VP-3300 includes:

  • VP-3300 Device

  • Charging Cord

Powering Up

  1. Connect the power to your VP-3300 Device

  2. It is recommended that the VP-3300 charges for at least 6 hours before its first use.

Your VP-3300 can process transactions while charging thereafter.


Connecting to your Mobile App

  1. On your Mobile device, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled

  2. If you have any other Bluetooth device connected to your mobile device, you’ll need to forget these connections for the VP-3300 to successfully process a transaction.

  3. Please note, while the VP-3300 connects to your app by Bluetooth, it should NEVER be paired directly to the Bluetooth on your Mobile device.

Allowing a VP3300 Bluetooth device through the mobile app:

Processing your first transaction though Mobile App completes the ‘set-up’ steps for your VP-3300 Device. If you haven't yet entered your Merchant ID Number into your mobile app, please complete the Mobile Merchant Setup first.

  1. After you press Credit Card on the payments screen, you might see a popup asking DaySmart Would Like to Use Bluetooth…. Press OK . Your mobile app may also ask to allow access to the microphone. Press OK.

  2. Your device is now able to complete payments!
