Selling a Membership
From the appointment book, double tap on a blank spot on the appointment book.
Click on Client. Select the client that the membership is to be sold to.
Scroll to the bottom of the window and select CheckOut.
In the Other Items section, select Purchase A Membership.
Select the membership you wish to sell to the client.
Verify the billing cycle, price and start date for the membership. Select the customer's card that you wish to charge for the membership. If there is not a card on file, select Add Card On File.
Fill in the card information and press Add Card.
With the card now added to the file, press Save in the bottom right.
You will now be back at the Check out screen. Press Add Payment.
Accept payment for the initial billing of the membership like you would with any other ticket. Press Save in the top right once finished.
Press Close Out Now.
You should now receive a pop up message stating Membership Activated.
Redeeming Services from a Membership
From the appointment book, double tap on the date and time that you wish to schedule the service for.
Select the client that you are scheduling the service for.
Once the client has been selected, press Add a Service.
Select the service that the customer is coming in for.
You will then be prompted to select how many of this service you want to redeem. Enter the number of this specific service that are going to redeemed for this visit. Press OK.
The service should now be added to the ticket for the customer. Scroll down and select Check Out.
Press Close Out Now.
You will now receive a message stating that the membership service has been redeemed. Press OK to complete the transaction.
