If a client responds to an e-mail, the response does not come directly to your software. There are settings you can configure to decide how you receive those responses.
From the cloud software website, click the More button in the upper right and select Options.
Select E-mail & Texting on the left.
Select Company Contact Information.
Choose Edit Information.
Enter the address you would like client responses sent to as the Primary E-mail.
