Client Notes Overview

These instructions will help you view, edit, and make new entries in a client's notes.

  1. Click the Clients icon.

  2. Select a client from the list to modify.

  3. Click on Notes in the bottom left.

  • Press Add on the right side to create a new note

  • To edit a previous note, highlight a previous note and press Edit.

  • To delete a note, highlight the note and press Delete.

  • Select Print All to print all of the notes.

  • Select Only Print Printable Items to only print items that have been marked as printable within the individual note.

To view a client's notes from a ticket:

  1. Open an existing ticket or create a new ticket for the client.

  2. Click Formula History in the upper right of the ticket containing the client’s summary information.

  3. This will display all notes entered previously into the client's file.

  • Press Add on the right side to create a new note

  • To edit a previous note, highlight a previous note and press Edit.

  • To delete a note, highlight the note and press Delete.

  • Select Print All to print all of the notes.

  • Select Only Print Printable Items to only print items that have been marked as printable within the individual note.
