If your computers are unable to connect using your Daysmart Software and Hamachi then these instructions will help will a few basic items to check to make sure Hamachi is functioning properly.

Note that these instructions will not cover all issues that can occur with Hamachi. Though we try to help with Hamachi issues when we can, we may not be able to resolve all issues with the program, at which point you will want to contact the Hamachi support team.

Make Sure Hamachi is Powered On

  1. Open the system tray in the bottom next to the clock.

  2. If the icon for Hamachi is grey (see screenshot below) double click on the Hamachi icon.

  3. On the Hamachi window, press the Power Button to turn the service on for your computer.

Turn on the Network Within Hamachi

  1. Open the system tray in the bottom next to the clock and double click on the Hamachi icon.

  2. If the line for your Hamachi Network is grey, right click on the line and select Go Online.

The Other Computer is Having Issues with Hamachi

If you have followed the above steps on your computer but you the other computer has a grey circle, like the picture below, then that other computer seems to be having issues with Hamachi.

If this is occurring for you, you will want to either go to the second computer or contact someone at that computer and have them follow the above steps. You will also want to verify that that computer has an internet connection, as Hamachi does require an internet connection to function.
